HAMOC recently received a grant from the Young Leaders Fund

The Young Leaders Fund, a philanthropic initiative of The Chicago Community Trust has selected HAMOC as a 2016 grant recipient. The YLF pools charitable resources to make grants to outstanding grassroots nonprofits throughout Chicago.  Read more about the exciting news here!  YLF provides an innovative opportunity for young professionals to impact Chicago through philanthropy, and HAMOC is beyond grateful to be among the 2016 recipients. We're in great company! Other grant recipients are the Chicago Youth Shakespeare Program, En Las Tablas, Outreach Family Services and Community Center, The Paper Machete, Reflections Foundation, Technocratic Learning and Collaboration Center of Chicago, Urban Juncture Foundation, VittleWise, The Waste Shed.
